2 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice cheese into 1/8 inch strips
Combine jalapeno peppers, onion, Parmesan cheese, flour and milk in a large bowl; stir to coat. Sprinkle mixture over cheese slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned. Top with shredded pepper jack cheese and sauce. Bake, turning occasionally, for additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.
