1 (8 ounce) package Kielbasa sausage or equivalent
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese or as desired
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Slice the Kielbasa sausage lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices. Cut each slice into 6 wedges, resulting in 6 wedges. Lightly oil a nonstick skillet.
Stir the sausage into the bowl with the chopped tomato, olive oil, salt, pepper flakes, and salt. Pour the sausage into the skillet with the tomato mixture, and squeeze the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon zest over the sausage. Cook over medium heat until sausage is evenly browned on all sides.
This was very good and very easy. I was worried that the cooking might cause constipation but it didn't seem to do anything. I used dried dill pickle chunks as garnish and it tasted right.
