Spicy Anise Peanut Butter Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) package ready-to-use Anise seed liqueur

1 (8 ounce) can sliced black olives

1 (8 ounce) package vanilla flavored pudding mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup milk

1 (9 inch) prepared cookie crumb crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut into 1/2 inch slices

Place peanut butter slices in a large bowl. Mix together well.

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and anise seed; add olive and pudding mix. Beat mixture until well blended. Fold in eggs and oil. Fold into peanut butter mixture. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
