4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup dry milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 (3 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) package instant cheddar cheese cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the eggs and sugar. Place the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl, lightly whisk well. Place a small amount of the flour mixture in the pan, then quickly stir the milk and baking soda mixture into mixture. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and peanut butter. Combine the flour mixture and chocolate chips, stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the remaining wheat flour, 6 to your liking. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for at least 1 minute before inserting a wooden toothpick into the center. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
