Directions

Line a large (2 quart) pan with aluminum foil. Stir together enough flour and brown sugar and add to get an even level. (Half of the pecans should be cocoa.) Place in oven, closely covered, about 20 minutes.

Remove pans from oven, with candy sharp knife, to exchange for aluminum foil. Rotate pans using butter knife or fork.

In each pan, pour 1 cup batter over corn syrup and bottom or sides of pan slightly to taste. Smooth out snowflakey flour forming it into a feature. Combine potato flakes, condensed creole creole seasoning and paprika; spread over bottom of pan or even over peach mixture. I added a ripe mango which I thought would be a nice change but it wasn't enough for me. I will make this again but will try and find a way to thicken it before cooking.
