10 small fillets salmon
1 cup vegetable oil
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the oil, cream cheese, lemon flavored gelatin, water, ketchup, onion, sugar and lemon zest. Mix well and press into a 9 inch pie dish.
Place salmon fillets into the pie shell. Continue with remaining ingredients. Combine the remainder ingredients and pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake dish wavers magically over the top as the fish rots and the crust absorbs the liquid. Once finished, place on a large lined baking sheet. Cool completely before removing salmon fillets.
