Springtime Salmon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

10 small fillets salmon

1 cup vegetable oil

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup boiling water

1/4 cup ketchup

1 cup diced yellow onion

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the oil, cream cheese, lemon flavored gelatin, water, ketchup, onion, sugar and lemon zest. Mix well and press into a 9 inch pie dish.

Place salmon fillets into the pie shell. Continue with remaining ingredients. Combine the remainder ingredients and pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake dish wavers magically over the top as the fish rots and the crust absorbs the liquid. Once finished, place on a large lined baking sheet. Cool completely before removing salmon fillets.

Just like his father, he served his meals adorbé with pride. Chef Laurent Jacobière followed an exact recipe creation process when cooking for the public. All he had to do was list the ingredients and then only the ingredients that he thought people would want to have. He then created a meal and followed the recipe exactly. The only thing that he didn't include was the alcohol. But god dammit, he didn't even think of it. The drink was delicious and would have been had with anything.
