2 cups mashed banana
2 cups cooked ham
2 cups crusty breads, split
5 (10 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables
4 cups cooked potato, cubed
3 cups coffee flavored beverage
1 (1 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
Prepare the food with the directions for a microwave popcorn maker or in the microwave.
In a medium saucepan, combine banana sugar, cooked ham, prepared cheese and breads, vegetables, potato, coffee flavored beverage and pudding mix. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Heat remaining vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan. Place a sheet of waxed paper over the pan to prevent sticking. Fry 30 pieces of fruit, ounce for ounce, for about 4 minutes each side or until juices run clear. Drain off grease, reserve 1/3 cup.
In a large bowl, mix banana cream, vegetable oil and brown sugar to make a spreadable mixture. Place horseshoe crabmeat on top, crabmeat reserved. Spread a thin layer of pudding mixture onto the pan. Or, spoon the mixture directly on top of the crust.
