1 (18.75 ounce) package strawberry cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (6 ounce) can ice cream
1 (10 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) can strawberry flavored Jell-O
1 cup fruit preserves
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix and pudding mix. Beat on low speed 1 minute, stirring constantly. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely, then using a long serrated knife or metal spatula, carefully flip and press the sides of the pan to get a better seal. Cool completely, then cut into small squares. Serve warm from the sides of the pan.
