Homemade Chicken Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 1/2 pounds celery wedges

1 small onion, chopped

4 zucchini, quartered

2/3 cup milk

1 cup water

8 chicken dumplings

1/4 cup cornstarch

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 eggs

Directions

Place chicken pieces in zucchini or chicken bouillon, and set aside to dry on domestic or commercial cooking charges.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic, celery, onion, and zucchini in olive oil until they begin to turn golden yellow.

When vegetables begin to turn golden yellow, remove from pan; stir in milk. Bring mixture to a boil, then stir in water and chicken. Simmer until chicken is browned, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place chicken dumplings in same skillet, and saute over medium heat, covered with aluminum foil, stirring constantly to keep from burning. Stir dumplings into chicken mixture. Mix dumplings and chicken together, and add chicken broth, chicken broth, chicken broth and pepper to chicken mixture. Transfer chicken mixture to aluminum foil, and seal edges.

Brush dumplings with flour and sprinkle with parsley, then with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Return dumplings, and juices, to pan for 10 minutes. Transfer dumplings to baking dish. Cover, and simmer 30 minutes more. Remove dumplings from oven.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add cooked chicken, frog legs, rice, potatoes and stir. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Return dumplings to oven, uncovered, with juices, chicken broth, chicken broth, chicken broth, chicken broth and pepper. Place over low heat for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon salt and pepper in medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix dumplings into chicken mixture, and stir. Cook browned, add noodles, mixing thoroughly. Transfer dumplings to saucepan; simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes.

Once the flavors are finished, add eggs. Mix thoroughly. Serve hot or cold.
