4 eggs
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons dried figs
1 tomato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add yeast and 1 cup of water. Let rise until just above bubbling, about 45 minutes.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, figs and tomato. Mix in onion and whip cream. Add egg mixture and salt and pepper, stir together. Transfer mixture into an 8x8-inch casserole and stir in cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes on each side; low heat after 10 minutes.
