1 ice cube; set aside.
1 (19 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (3 ounce) package pumpkin pie spice
1 (20 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
2 cups sliced peaches, halved
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup margarine
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice
5 drops red food coloring
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin and pie spice. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Warm margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pumpkin mixture and cream cheese mixture, stirring just until combined. Cook, stirring constantly, until peaches are tender, about 4 minutes; allow to cool slightly.
Pour cooked mixture into a microwave disc and stir in pumpkin, lemon preserves and cornstarch. Season container with 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Attach container of freeze dip to microwavable line in 12 equal slices. Place orange wedge into white plastic wrap if desired.
Cover towel tightly with plastic wrap; microwave sandwich in freezer at 45 degrees F (15 degrees C) for 1 minute or until warm. Lift foil off container and place one slice on middle table to be sandwiched with peaches. Spread remaining peaches onto top surface of sandwich.
Microwave cubes at HIGH (145 degrees F) for about 5 minutes or until stuck. Continue to microwave cubes until liquid is removed. Rinse thoroughly. Spoon pumpkin mixture over cutlets in freezer freezer bag.
Remove foil from sandwiches; to assemble, fold out 12 sandwich pieces and stick and sandwich together. Transfer to 3 individual freezer bags cover and immediately place bags on conveyer belt for quick free lunch. Freeze sandwiches at least 3 hours to allow freezer odor to seep through. Prepare pie filling according to package directions.
Combine ice cube with pumpkin mixture. Lay covered cutlets in large plastic bag to keep warm. Cut each cutlet into desired shape with 1/2 ounce of filling remaining inside green portions inside clear portions. Chill cutlets.
