6 slices smoked bacon, sliced
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (2 liter) cans tomato paste
1/3 cup prepared horseradish
1 (18 ounce) can white wine
8 ounces sliced pepper jack cheese
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain grease. Cook sausage in water until no longer pink, draining. Drain grease.
Stir cooked bacon into meat mixture, then stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, horseradish, white wine , pepper jack cheese and chopped onion.
