1 egg white
6 egg yolks
3 cups pineapple juice
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 fluid ounces cranberry juice
1 fluid ounce gin
1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a shaker or glass with ice, mix the egg white, egg yolks and pineapple juice. Pour into a punch, stirring it in. Stir in the banana slices and fresh fruit.
Place the grenadine in a plastic shaker cup and pour over the fruit and fruit juice mixture. Shake vigorously to pour over fruit while ice is still in the glass.
Tilt and paint pan of pineapple head over glass. Harness juice inside glass.
