2 cups butter
2 cups white sugar
1 (1 ounce) tube vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
6 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
1 (1 ounce) package chocolate shandy flavored gelatin
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in the brandy and vinegar. Beat in the gelatin. Stir in the cacao and chocolate syrup until well blended.
Spread into a glass shape and frost. Refrigerate approximately one hour to allow chocolate to set before using. Return to ice and stir during the last 20 minutes of serving. Garnish with chocolate syrup before serving.
