2 (10 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
3 (10 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed beef soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Place diced green chiles in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and chop. Stir in diced chile peppers, green chile peppers, beef soup, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, black pepper and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
