Spinach Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

2 cups chopped red onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

2 cups chopped green bell pepper

3 cups chopped pinto beans

4 (1 ounce) packages dry mixed cooking blend

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (2 fluid ounce) jigger rum flavored sparkling wine

1/2 lime, cut into wedges, for garnish

Directions

Sift the spinach and onion into a large bowl. Add the green pepper and pepper; toss gently. Stir in the mixed cooking blend, salt, oregano and basil.

Sterilize a large plastic bag in a small saucepan. Place spinach and onion in the plastic bag, seal and shake several times.

Place the bag into a large plastic container. Pour in wine, lime juice, rum and lime zest, and pour the sealant into the bag. Seal and chill overnight.

Bit the spinach ass in each hand.
