1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 cup brown sugar
1 onion, diced
1 red apple - peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 slices lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon yogurt powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon black pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves
Combine blueberries, brown sugar, onion, apple, cider vinegar and lemon juice in small bowl. Mix well. Cover; refrigerate to chill.
In a large mixing bowl, beat 2/3 cup blueberries, orange, pineapple and lemon juice.
Press remaining blueberries, cherries and limes onto spoon. Stack strawberries, peaches and apples. Place cream cheese in small saucepan; mix with blueberry mixture. Pour over fruit and spread lemon-lime syrup over fruit. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
