This was a HUGE hit at our party! I made this for a large group and it got a lot of great comments. I omitted the parmesan and didn't have sour cream, so I substituted sour cream and butter, and it turned out great. The recipe is fabulous and easy to follow, and if I did make it again, I would add a little extra bread crumbs to give it a little more bite. The best part is that it only took about 15 minutes to assemble. My kids finished it in about an hour. This was a HUGE hit!
I made this recipe for a football game, and it was quite good - but I'm sure if I made again I would have made more bread and cheese. The reason I didn't is that I had leftover macaroni and I may have added some. It was quick and easy to make, but I will make it again. I think it would have been better with some mac & cheese.
