2 pita breads
1 cup winter squash soup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup rice wine
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Place pita breads on a large platter. Top each with 1 cup of the squash soup, 1/2 cup olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and sriracha hot sauce. Spoon noodles over squash soup, and garnish with mushrooms and green onions. Store in refrigerator.
Chop lettuce and chop onions. Sprinkle with rice wine, avocado and mushrooms. Serve with salad dressing.
