4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 large, sliced green bell pepper
4 medium Brussels sprouts
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons KRAFT Chopped Chicken
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the green pepper over the breasts, pressing lightly with a fork.
Place the Brussels sprouts and salt over the bodies of the breasts, pressing thoroughly. Sprinkle with pepper, sugar, KRAFT Chopped Chicken, Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and steam for about 1 hour.
Remove from the water, and place the Brussels sprouts and salt in a large resealable plastic bag. Add water to the bag, and seal. Let stand about 5 minutes, then cut into 1/2 inch slices with a sharp knife.
