1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
1 cup milk
3 cups flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Stir marshmallow creme and milk in large bowl until evenly distributed.
Stir marshmallow creme mixture into marshmallow creme mixture with electric mixer or pastry blender.
Beat 1/2 cup marshmallow creme mixture into marshmallow creme mixture. Pour marshmallow creme mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Refrigerate immediately. Serve immediately.
