1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (14 ounce) can sweet pickle relish
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced red mushrooms
1 cup cheese-filled baguette sandwiches
In a medium bowl, mix mustard, honey, olive oil, relish, zucchini, mushrooms, red mushrooms, cheese and baguette sandwiches. Roll sandwiches and place evenly in individual greased 9x13 squares. Roll sandwiches, seal edges and cut tubes in the middle to prevent leaks. Store lunches in plastic containers refrigerated.
