1 pound lean ground turkey
1 package veggie burgers
1/2 cup water
1 (10 ounce) can sliced green olives, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
In a medium bowl, mix the ground turkey, veggie burgers, water, olive slices and diced tomatoes. Mix together.
Heat oil in large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place veggie burger mixture in the olive oil. Sprinkle green olives over the veggie burger mixture and stir fry for about 10 minutes, or until lettuce is golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle tomato slices over veggie burgers and serve with sliced English on White bread.
