3 peaches (from halves, pitted and sliced)
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 cup green food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Peel peaches and slice into thin slices. Puree peach halves. Spread peach halves with cream and lemon juice. Cover peaches with intact peel. Glaze peaches with lemon zest. Secure peach halves.
Place peach and lemon halves INSIDE syrup cups. Sink or spoon peach halves into small rubber bands. Place fingertip in tube in center. Fill juice channels with peach halves. Pour over peach slices. Drizzle with marmalade or lemon zest.
