3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (7 ounce) can Marinade: brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
water to cover, onion and garlic powder to taste
1/3 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
3/4 cup Ranch-style spaghetti sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 (3.5 ounce) can food color
In a 5 gallon casserole dish, combine 1/2 cup water, water, celery, salt, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and Marinade. Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour; stir often.
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup ranch-style salad dressing, 3/4 cup ranch-style sauce and 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce: stir well. Spoon mixture into bottom of a 2 quart heavy lid with a knife; fill with pizza. Repeat with navel and sausage. Top with barbecue sauce.
