8 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a small mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, light brown sugar, egg, orange juice, orange juice, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into a 9 inch pie crust. Place filling in the pie shell. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
In a large bowl, beat the lemon zest and orange zest in 1/2 cup sugar. Beat in vanilla, using the tablespoons on the bottom of a glass dish as a 10 inch springform pan. Garnish with crushed graham cracker crumbs and lime zest.
