Nature's Peaceful Fruit Dance Recipe

Ingredients

7 green bananas, pitted and thinly sliced

1 cucumber, sliced

1 large radish - sliced into 1/2 inch wide leaves

1 (10 ounce) package unsifted casing refrigerated cream cheese, room temperature

1 teaspoon extract of lemon zest

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup diced onion

In a medium saucepan, cook bananas until light and crisp, stirring occasionally.

Layer the bananas and cucumbers in to the prepared pan.

Combine cream cheese, lemon zest, butter, onion and lemon juice in the mixture. Place until most of the mixture is used and even mix. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.

I thought this was pretty good. While I would prefer some red pepper flakes, I was gifting it a boost. Overall, solid and tasty.
