Lemon Bread II Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups lemon juice

1 cup water

3 tablespoons lemon zest

1 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, water, lemon zest, sugar and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is boiling. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest. Pour into a casserole dish.

I have made this for Easter and it is loved by all. I often skip the glaze because I don't want them to be too sweet but I do like a wild card, so essential for my bread.
