3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound cooked ham
1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup halved fresh onions
1 cup halved tomato
1/2 cup garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) package dry Italian cheese sauce mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, ham, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomato, garlic powder, and Italian cheese. Shape mixture into a flat rectangle. Cover with chilled fruit.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place covered rectangle in a roasting pan. Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour, turning once.
Roll out rectangle to shape into rectangle. When cooking, place rectangle horizontally in roasting pan. Pour cream cheese into roasting pan, leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges. Pour cream cheese mixture over rectangle.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cheese is bubbly.
