Baked Oat Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package Oat Raisin Bran Flakes

1 (3 ounce) package Oat Raisin Bran Dahl Soup Mix

1 (3 ounce) package Oat Raisin Bran Wheat Flakes

1/4 cup white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake breads in preheats for 10 minutes. Flip the breads, place between sheets of foil and let cool.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Place Oat Raisin Bran Flakes in a medium bowl, fold and press into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of two 9 inch round baking pans.

Place a scoop of raisin butter on the bottom of each bread pan. Spread the egg white on top of raisin butter.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until breads are golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
