2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown beef until no longer pink, remove from skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 10 minutes.
Add basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, sage, thyme, parsley, basil, oregano mixture, salt, onion and garlic. Saute for about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella. Stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
