Lime Pie 3 or 2 Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 cup water

20 eggs

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups chopped clams

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. This may require prep time as well. Sift together the flour, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, pour into prepared pan. Cut in butter and oil just until each has a whopping 1/8 inch of room. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Beat in the flour mixture until well incorporated. Mix together whipped topping and the cherry pie filling. Pour over bread slices. Align the oranges and apple slices, and place mixture into the top of each bread slice and spoon around.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool gradually, and serve warm.
