Honey Nut Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 egg

3/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Stir together the flour, baking soda and distilled white vinegar. Cut the butter into the flour mixture. Mix in the brown sugar, one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Cookies should be at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

I tried this out for my family yesterday afternoon. Everyone loved it, but I really thought it suited my recipe. So thin, so great taste, and so easy to make. I actually in my recipe box this recipe, alongside some other recipes I have. It is definitely going into our regular rotation.
