2/3 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
2 small eggs, beaten
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter candy sprinkles
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
To Make Filling: Beat margarine and sugar in small bowl. Stir in milk, eggs and oats. Mix until smooth. Spread over cream filling.
To Make Crust: Beat margarine, sugar and milk together in small bowl. Stir in oats, vanilla and butter candy sprinkles. Roll into 1 inch balls.
To Make Frosting: Cream butter, sugar and milk together in medium bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda. Spoon filling into prepared crust. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on top of filling, moving it up and down slightly to create a funnel shape. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
