2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons cranberry juice
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
2 slices semisweet chocolate
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, cream, raspberry preserves, butter, light rum, cranberry juice, apricot preserves and chocolate. Serve at once.
