Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons powdered milk

3 tablespoons white sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

5 eggs

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping

3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 8-inch round baking pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, powdered milk, sugar, oil, eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in whipped topping, pudding mix and egg whites. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm or cold.
