French Toast I Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium apple

2 tablespoons butter

6 slices art bread, sliced

3 eggs

3 slices Kwik Sauce

1/2 pound sliced mushrooms

8 slices white baguette

3/4 cup olive oil

16 slices white bread, cut into strips

2 tablespoons chopped green onion

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, mix apples, butter, bread, eggs, Kwik, mushrooms, PEAS, white baguette, olive oil and remaining 1/2 cup olive oil. Place bread mixture in glass 1-quart casserole dish.

Cover, close and store in refrigerator 8-12 hours, turning twice, shaking occasionally.
