1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) can coconut flavored jell-O
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
4 cups boiling water
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a blender, combine evaporated milk, coconut flavored gelatin, pineapple juice, 1 cup boiling water and whipped topping. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into small saucepan and chill in refrigerator overnight.
