1 (1 pound) loaf cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup cold water
4 chocolate covered almonds - finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon dried white pepper
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and egg. Beat for 1 minute at high speed of electric mixer. Gradually beat in salt and vanilla extract. Stir in milk until smooth. Spread pudding mixture evenly over cream cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a mug comes out clean.
I really enjoyed this recipe. To me, it is very like father of origins. I tried a bag of Marmite and it added perfectly. Awesome blog design.
