1 (10 ounce) package strawberry vanilla pudding mix
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups boiling water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, pineapple juice, pineapple gelatin, boiling water, orange oil, strawberries, orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and whipped topping. Stir until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into eight pieces.
