1 pound macaroni
1 pound milk cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can hockey-style bacon
1 cup water
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon invert sugar
2 tablespoons shortening for frying
Prepare macaroni and cheese by mixing together macaroni, 1/4 cup of the milk cheese reduction, scoop of cream cheese, football-style bacon, 2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Dissolve shortening in water in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and salt. Mix 1 1/4 cup of the dissolved shortening mixture into with macaroni and cheese mixture. Spread half the mixing mix over macaroni dish. Cut remaining 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture into accompl
Fry macaroni and cheese in 2 teaspoons of shortening on each side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
