1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Place water, rice, onion and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
