This was very easy to make and tasted good. I did have some rue rind from the bag leftover in the fridge so that was nice. My daughter said she had made this recipe before and that she always gets requests to have. It's a great holiday menu item!

This was surprisingly very good! We loved it - way too tough for first time cook

This is a fantastic recipe! Add in some cheese and bread crumbs and you're good to go. You could pack 25-30 lbs. of chicken and it would still fit in your microwave. Cook it for extra time you wouldn't believe! You could even bread crumble it! YUM!

I have made this several times and it is pretty good but I think I like my chicken breasts a little crispy so we used bacon. After reading other reviews I cooked up my chicken and placed it inside a meat marinara sauce (french parsley - in a pinch) and let it marinate for about 5 minutes before shoveling it in the cheese and breading it. Yum! I served this over wagon wheel shaped pasta for something fun.

This is a fantastic chicken recipe. It is low calorie too! Chicken can be split into pieces and put into the oil and vinegar for a few minutes, baking it again for medium rare. The chicken doesn't seem to lose any flavor, it is just a little too sweet for me. Next time I might cut the sugar down a bit, for a bit more sweetness.
