Chocolate Topping Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie dough

1/3 cup chopped chocolate nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-quart saucepan.

In a large bowl, blend pudding mix, milk with vanilla, egg, and chocolate. Stir until well blended, and pour mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate flakes. Return to oven for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, and allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

While pudding is cooling, line cookie dough with chopped chocolate nuts. Place 1/3 cup of the pudding mix mixture on the bottom and about 1/2 cup onto the top of each cookie.

When ready to serve, dip cooled cookie dough into chocolate and brown into brownies. Arrange chocolate pieces on top of pudding; place pea pods halfway up top of pudding.
