2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and grease a 10 inch pastry pan. In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour, eggs, sugar, and butter until smooth. Kne the butter mixture with vanilla, and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
