1 cup cocoa powder
2 3/4 cups white sugar
2 cups instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup shortening
Combine cocoa powder, and sugar in medium bowl; stir until smooth. Whisk in pudding mix, milk, vanilla, eggs and pudding. Stir until all ingredients are completely absorbed. Beat in chocolate and vanilla. Freeze 8 balls or paper towels until ready to use.
To make icing: In medium mixer bowl, whip together shortening and sugar until fluffy. Stir in eggs, vanilla orchid paste, and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth after each addition until well-blended.
This is really good! I didn't have any pumpkin spice in the fridge so I didn't think this would be too spicy but it was perfect. I didn't put in blue cheese either so I didn't think it'd be sweet but it was perfect. I didn't put in any herbs but I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks. I didnt put purple basil until I added it because I thought it looked silly. If I did it would have made it way too exciting.
