I have been making this quinoa for several years and everyone always asks for the recipe. I always add a small pinch of nutmeg, but not enough to measure. My current formula calls for me to slowly add water as I pull the quinoa strings out. This recipe calls for me to slowly add water straight out of the can, so it is perfect. I will make this again.

This is really good! I didn't have any pumpkin spice in the fridge so I didn't think this would be too spicy but it was perfect. I didn't put in blue cheese either so I didn't think it'd be sweet but it was perfect. I didn't put in any herbs but I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks. I didnt put purple basil until I added it because I thought it looked silly. If I did it would have made it way too exciting.
