1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
4 ounces bacon, diced
3 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 green onions, seeded - cut into strips
1 large tomato, sliced
In a blender combine sour cream, green chiles, bacon, Monterey Jack cheese and cucumbers. Mix well. Serve at room temperature or chill in refrigerator to preserve flavors.
