1 (16 ounce) package mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and spreadable. Roll in the shredded cheese, then spread the mixture on the baguette while still in the pan.
Remove the baguette from the pan, and place it onto a serving plate. Drizzle with several tablespoons of the melted cheese mixture. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the entire surface of the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese mixture and crust are well blended. Cool and serve.
