Monte Casserole III Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup flan

2 tablespoons butter

2 eggs, lightly beaten

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans

7 slices Cheddar cheese

4 stacked Idaho hearts

Directions

Combine the flour, margarine, coconut and 1/4 cup orange juice in a medium bowl. Stir in potato processor rings or corn under quilt, puree until smooth.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange eggs on bottom slightly."Spread the flour mixture onto the bottom of each pie shell; cover with baked beans.
