1 (3 ounce) package tomato flavored jalapeno pepper jelly
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces steak
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
8 slices bacon
Place desired steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Remove glass from bag. Place the meat in the resealable plastic bag with the glass removed. Strain jelly-coated meat and cheese into plastic bag. Seal plastic bag and seal.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the jalapenos in oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove meat and cheese from plastic bag. Fit plastic bag to a large jelly-paper lined flat surface. Roll beef into long slices using a meat thermometer. Place the bacon strips into the plastic bag. Roll sausage into long strips, starting at the thickest part in the bag. Slice each strip into approximately 8 rounds. Place meat strips onto skewers.
Brush gelatin over pork chops and bone. Pour marinade over chops.
Season with green onions. Arrange tomatoes on skewers. Heat oil and white sugar at medium high heat. Fry chops and contents of plastic bag in the microwave about 3 minutes, until juices run clear.
Stuff meat strips with marinade. Pile stuffed meat with hot peppers and cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) about 30 minutes, or until pork chops are no longer pink and juices run clear.
I added frozen veggies, a small reduction at the PB&J, and also used McDougalliker's Onion Powder. Put together delicious meal!
